ESEE Candiru Knife with Molded Sheath, Black
The ESEE Candiru has an overall length of 5.13" and a cutting edge length of 2.0". The knife features a black powder coat finish and is constructed from high carbon 1095 steel, which is known for its durability and ability to withstand hard use. However, it is important to note that 1095 steel is susceptible to rust and staining if not properly cared for, especially on the cutting edge and around the laser engraving. As such, it is the user's responsibility to ensure that the blades are kept well-lubricated and cleaned. We recommend the use of a dry film rust inhibitor to maintain the quality of the knife. The blade material is 1095 carbon steel with a hardness of 55-57 Rc, and the finish is a textured black powder coat. The sheath material is black molded polymer, and the knife is proudly made in the USA.
