Product Description The ESEE Knives Candiru Black with Handle comes with a molded polymer sheath and clip plate. The knife is named after the parasitic fish, Candiru, native to the Amazon River, known for its toughness. The knife shares the same quality, with a skeleton frame construction made of 1095 powder coated carbon steel. This lightweight survival kit or concealed carry knife is designed for tough use.

Care and Maintenance ESEE carbon steel knives are made from 1095 steel, which is prone to rust and staining if not properly cared for, especially on the cutting edge and around the laser engraving. Users are responsible for keeping the blades lubricated and cleaned. The use of a dry film rust inhibitor such as TUF-GLIDE or TUF-CLOTH is recommended.
